Individual Therapy

Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions for an adult, teen, or child with a mental health professional. Individual therapy provides a safe space to explore a wide range of issues including adjustment problems, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and abuse issues, loss and grief, separation and divorce, interpersonal effectiveness, and life transitions.
