Kristina Hicks, LPC
Kristina earned a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Adventist University and a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University. Kristina's theoretical approaches include a client-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Kristina works with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety issues, relationship issues, parenting, grief, emotional and sexual abuse, work issues, self-esteem, life-changing events to name a few.
Tara Mitchell, LCSW
Tara works with both adolescents and adults on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, difficulty adjusting to new situations, LGBTQIA+ related issues, trauma, school challenges, and improving family and peer relationships. She enjoys helping to empower individuals to explore and find solutions that work for them in a non-judgmental atmosphere where individuals can openly and comfortably discuss their experiences. Tara’s theoretical approaches include dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused. She offers virtual as well as face-to-face sessions. Tara’s educational background include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University and a Masters of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington.
Roger Lane Poole, LPC-S
Roger Lane Poole is a former school counselor, teacher, and is an Army Veteran. He earned a Bachelor degree from East Texas Baptist University, Masters of Arts from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Masters of Education from Tarleton State University. Lane focuses on person-centered therapy, behavioral, and cognitive counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.
Breanna Tuck, LCSW

Breanna Tuck, LCSW, is a compassionate clinician dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Breanna’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered, both in person and virtually. She integrates CBT, TF-CBT, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. She works with children and adults, supporting clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ related issues. Breanna is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
